How do I setup an Outlook email account? (Back)
- In Outlook, go to the Tools menu and click on Email Accounts
- Select Add a new email account and then click Next.
- Select POP3 and then click Next
- Enter your email information:
- Your Name: your name
- Email Address: the email address the messages will be sent from
- Incoming Mail server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing Mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
- User Name: your full email address
- Password: the password for the email address
- Click on More Settings and Select the Outgoing Server Tab...
- Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
- Click on Advanced and enter the following settings:
- Incoming server(POP3): 110
- Outgoing server(SMTP): 26
- Click Ok. Click Next. Click Finish

How do I setup an Outlook Express Email Account? (Back)
- In Outlook Express, go to the Tools menu. Click on Accounts..
- A box will appear. Click Add and select Mail
- Enter your name as you want it to appear on your emails and click Next.
- Put in your email address, which consists of a user you set up in webmail and @yourdomain.xyz, and then click Next.
- Server type is POP3 and incoming and outgoing mail servers are mail.yourdomain.xyz (where yourdomain.xyz is your domain name and extension such as .com). Click on Next
- Next, enter your email address for the Account Name. Enter the password you set for this account. Note: Do NOT check the box "Log on using Secure Password Authentication"
- Click Next and then click Finish. After you click Finish, you should see the following window. If not, go to the Tools menu, and click on Accounts. After clicking Accounts the window will appear. In this window, click on your domain until it is highlighted, then click on Properties.
- When the next screen appears, click on the Servers tab. Under Outgoing Mail Server, check the box next to My server requires authentication. Click Okay. Note: You MUST do this step so you can send mail from your domain.
- Now, you're ready to send and receive mail. To set up multiple accounts, follow these steps again.
How do I change my Outlook password and email settings? (Back)
- Click Tools and Account Settings
- Select the email address you would like to change
- Change your mail server information here as well as your email password. If you're switching to Swiftec hosted email*, enter for the mail servers: mail.yourdomain.com for both incoming and outgoing mail servers. Your username is your full email address!
- *Type your password carefully, if you use an incorrect 3 times you will be blocked by our firewall and will need to contact us to be de-listed.
How do I setup a Webmail account? (Back)
- Go to your domain and add "/webmail/" ( i.e. www.swiftecit.com/webmail/ )
- You will be prompted for your full email name (email@swiftecit.com) and password.
- The next screen you will see will ask you to choose an email client to use. We suggest Squirrel or RoundCube Mail.
- Once you choose an Email Services you will see your Inbox and any messages that were sent to you during the last few days. These messages will also be delivered to your email in the office.
- Remember to cc (carbon copy) yourself if you want copies of these email messages.

How do I change my Webmail account password? (Back)
- Sign into your Webmail account.
- Notice below - under the word NeoMail - it reads Change Password - click on it.
- You will be prompted to enter a new password (see below). Enter the same password twice.
- Please note: The next time you use Outlook your email will have to be changed as well. When you try to retrieve email you will receive an error - at that time, type your new password in and click "Save Password". This should complete the process.

- Open Outlook and click "Tools" then "Options"
- Select the "Mail Format" tab and under Message Format select the "HTML" option

- Click "New" - "Mail Message".
- Click the "Insert" Tab, click "Signatures" and "Signatures" again.
- Click "New" and type a title for the signature, click "Ok".
- Make your signature and click "Ok". To add an image into your signature simply click the image icon next to the 'Business Card' button.
- To insert the signature you created open an email, click the "Insert" tab, click "Signatures" and select the desired signature.

- Click "Tools", "Options", "Mail Format"
- Click "Signatures" and "New"
- Click "Start with a blank signature" and name the signature.
- Customize your signature and click "Finish"
How do I add an auto-responder in Webmail? (Back)
- Go to your domain and add "/webmail/" ( i.e. www.swiftecit.com/webmail/ )
- You will be prompted for your full email name (i.e. email@swiftecit.com) and password.
- Once logged in, click "Auto Responders"
- Click "Add Auto-responder".
- Fill in the necessary information and click "Create/Modify".

- Right click the desired email.
- Select Message Options in Outlook 2007. In Outlook 2003 select Options >> Message Options
- Highlight the text in the Internet Headers box.
